At Encode, we promote the implementation of the core accounts system which is maintained within the Finance Department. We then work with other Microsoft technologies to allow role-based functionality and business intelligence to be available to other non-finance staff and commercial staff who require to access or provide data, but don’t require to be licensed for the accounts software. We believe this protects the core financial system and its data from misuse and keeps the overall license footprint to a minimum. |
